If you’re looking for new construction in the western suburbs, you might consider building with Beechen and Dill. I’m Eric with Eric Andersen Homes. I recently visited the Copper Ridge community in Lemont. In this video, we’ll tour the inside of the model home, drive around the Copper Ridge Community, and talk about what Beechen and Dill offer. Beechen and Dill describe themselves as a luxury production builder. They don’t claim to build 100% custom homes, but they do offer a high degree of customization based on existing models. Beechen and Dill have been around for over fifty years and build in the southwest suburbs of Chicago. Copper Ridge is about eighty percent complete as of this recording, and will have sixty ranch townhomes and nineteen single family homes. There are still ten ranch townhomes and two single family homes available, which have not yet been built. They are also selling the model home, which we are currently touring. Base prices for homes in Copper Ridge start at about six hundred eighty five thousand dollars and go up to over one million dollars. Their ranch townhomes start at five hundred fifteen thousand dollars. I have to say, the quality I saw at Copper Ridge impressed me. Some production homes feel very basic. The homes at Copper Ridge are definitely high-end and feel like luxury, custom homes. Apart from Copper Ridge, Beechen and Dill currently are building a smaller community in Downers Grove called Fairview Ridge, where base prices range from about eight hundred thousand to a million dollars. Fairview Ridge features three models from which to choose, and the entire community will consist of only seven single-family homes. Beechen and Dill have also recently begun Marble Landing, a second, larger development in Lemont. Marble Landing will be about a fifty-fifty split of townhomes and single family homes. They’re planning to build twenty two townhomes and twenty one single family homes. Marble Landing offers a lot of the same floor plans you’ll find at Copper Ridge, and their homes range from about fifteen hundred square feet for their Sienna townhome, which has a base price of five hundred thirty four thousand nine hundred ninety dollars up to their thirty six hundred square foot Silverton model, which has a base price of eight hundred nineteen thousand nine hundred ninety dollars. Beechen and Dill describe Marble Landing as “a picturesque community situated in Lemont, Illinois, conveniently located off Archer Avenue and 131st Street.
